What are the rates for water and sewer?
Kelley Water Rates:
Base Rate(no usage) $28.25
Per 1000 Gallons used $8.00
Plus 6% tax
Kelley Sewer Rates:
Base Rate(no usage) $28.70
Per 1000 Gallons used $ 7.58

$13.50
When do new bills get mailed?
The City Clerk will process and mail new bills on the 1st of each month unless the 1st fallls on a weekend or holiday then bills will be mailed the following business day.
Payment is due on the 15th of each month. Late fees are applied on the 16th unless this falls on a weekend or holiday then will be applied the following business day.
Delinquent notices are mailed out the following week. If bills are not paid by the date on the delinquent notice service will be disconnnected and a $25 fee will be applied to your bill.
